Renovations

Velanas Ltd. is not offer renovation, building services or renovations management directly.
However, we provide our customers with the direct contact of reputable building companies or bulders who charge reasonable fees for their services.

We also provide photo-report services for properties under construction/renovation process for North side of Black Sea areas (not more than 100 km from the city Dobrich) for those who process their renovations remotely.
Photo report service include:
- traveling to your property;
- taking photos of your property (please inform us if there are any particular property part photographs should be provided in details - when processing your payment);
- placing photos on the web site and providing you with the web site link.

Our fees for this service are following:
Photo report trip to the property located within 40 km from the city of Kavarna - 39 euro per trip;
Photo report trip to the property located 41-80 km from the city of Kavarna - 49 euro per trip;
Photo report trip to the property located 81-100 km from the city of Kavarna - 59 euro per trip.

Removals

We provide both, garden cleaning and old buildings removal services. Please, contact us with detailed description of your removals need and we will provide you with a quote depending on propety location and amount of works.
