Council tax is paid for each property in Bulgaria - Is your dormant to pay taxes up to date.

We offer this service ONLY for customers who setup their Bulgarian Ltd. using our services.
We are able to obtain tax invoices for these companies only. If you setup your Bulgarian Ltd. elsewhere, please, order tax payment service with company that provided your Bulgarian Ltd. formation service.

We charge €25 fee per property for this service. This not includes an amount of Council Tax itself.
Customers who own more than 5 properties receive 15% discount from total amount of our fee (excluding the Council tax itself).

Customers who setup their companies using our services are contacted by email each year - once their tax invoices received.
Customers receive an invoice and payment due date.
Please, note, it's customer responsibility - to pay their Council Tax in time. Payment delay will cause additional charges, fines from Municipalities.

In case if payment deadline has passed - we will only be able to obtain a new tax invoice by the next calendar year. This will include: Council tax for 2 years, Fines and additional charges for 1 year non-payment delay.
